Outplacement is a form of guidance by seasoned consultants to provide support and enhance the skills of employees made redundant in order to help them find a new job.
Required for all those with 9 years of seniority (or older than 45 with one year of seniority), it is also a service with high added value for people who are made redundant, as it is intended to help them get through this new stage of their career as rapidly as possible.
The first phase consists of drawing up a career portrait (personality, motivation, skills) to chart a realistic and efficient career development and action plan. At Metaphisa, guidance is accordingly exclusively personal to guarantee the quality of the interviews and work with trust and confidence.
A series of tips then follows on how to draw up CVs and letters of motivation, prepare for recruitment interviews with simulations and role playing, training in the use of social networks and networking, etc…
We also organise interviews with business creation consultants for our outplacement candidates and give them access to a vast network of contacts through our affiliations with various structures (Cercle du Lac de Louvain-la-Neuve, BNI, Alliance Centre BW, Nivelles Entreprises, …).
Our current outplacement rate is 95%, because excellence is our driving force.
